This week’s episode of WWE NXT continues the march towards the move to the CW. A few matches have been announced for the show but there are also some segments to tune in for. CM Punk is set to make an announcement on this week’s NXT. All signs and speculation seem to point towards this being somehow related to NXT‘s upcoming network move.
NXT‘s premiere on the CW is set to take over two weeks – October 1 and 8. These two shows will be held out of the WWE Performance Center, with the first taking place at the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois. Punk is from Chicago, and the Allstate Arena just happens to be where he made his return to the WWE. It can be expected that he will play a part in that October 1 edition of NXT, and this announcement could have something to do with it.
