Raw airs tonight (Oct. 14) with a taped show (spoilers here) from Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri. This is the second episode of Raw during the four week build towards Crown Jewel, which takes place on Nov. 2 in Saudi Arabia.
Bron Breakker’s tease of a babyface turn didn’t last very long. One week after pretending to respect Jey Uso’s Intercontinental championship win over him, Bron wrecked shop on Raw by spearing the shit out of Uso, Kofi Kingston, and Xavier Woods. In doing so, Bron made it very clear that he wants a rematch against Jey for mid-card gold. Before that rematch can happen, though, Breakker has to fight Kingston in a singles match tonight on Raw. Kofi is a former WWE champion who isn’t pushed anywhere near that level these days, so he’s a significant underdog when steps in the ring tonight with Bron.
WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Jade Cargill & Bianca Belair have a busy schedule of late, and that includes tonight’s title defense against Damage CTRL. World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER vs. Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes is scheduled for Crown Jewel. Now that GUNTHER has said good riddance to the super annoying Sami Zayn, R-Truth can’t fully grasp that The Miz turned heel and broke up with him, so the A-Lister plans to fight him tonight and use violence to help the message sink in.
